A Nursing position for a Registered Nurse (RN) is available at a facility located in Reno, Nevada. The role involves providing acute care to a diverse patient population in a busy and fast‑paced environment, including treatment of cardiac conditions such as NSTEMI, sepsis, dysrhythmias, and post‑procedure care. Candidates are required to bring their Nevada RN license on the first day of employment.

  Varies based on department needs; includes weekends, holidays, and some call shifts. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.

  Travelers may be required to float as needed;
  Renown retains the right to call off shifts without penalty with 48 hours' notice, based on low census.

NV Registered Nurse license required prior to start;
Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS);
Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience; must pass telemetry competency exam, including rhythm strips identification and measurement.

Experience working with post‑procedure patients such as pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and Operating Room (OHS); the ability to float to other units such as Intensive Care Units and Medical Surgical units up to their competency level.

Cross Country Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
