• Nevada or Compact RN license required prior to start
• BLS
• ACLS
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam, including rhythm strip identification and measurement

• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and treat patient responses to health conditions
• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the patient s episode of care
• Educate patients and families
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care environment
