This educator role leads adult learning initiatives, develops staff competencies, and coordinates in-service trainings for RNs, medical assistants, and outpatient staff.
The nurse educator applies advanced clinical knowledge, mentors staff, and supports regulatory compliance while contributing to high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting.
