American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Oncology RN for a night shift position on a Cancer Nursing Unit requiring an active NV RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.

• Work on a Cancer Nursing Unit (Oncology) within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses EPIC for charting, with training provided during orientation or option to test out
• No blocked scheduling allowed

• Active NV RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
• AHA certifications required (CPI required for Behavioral/Psych)
• EPIC EMR experience helpful but training available

• Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients on a dedicated cancer nursing unit
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Coverage for a minimum of 2 major holidays is required
• RTO must be requested and approved prior to contract start, as time off is not added at the end of the contract to compensate
• Returning travelers must complete a 13-week break before starting a new contract at this facility
• First-time travelers may be considered but must apply for licensure promptly upon offer if they have never held a temporary or permanent license
