Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Oncology (MS ONC) at a facility located in Reno, Nevada. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care on a busy oncology unit within a Level II Trauma Center, serving a diverse patient population including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The RN will deliver patient-centered care utilizing clinical knowledge and skills, ensuring the achievement of positive patient outcomes over entire episodes of care.

• Schedule:
  
  3x12 night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with variations based on department needs.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  NV RN license required prior to start; BLS certification; 2+ years of RN experience, including 1 year in oncology; recent 6 months chemo/oncology experience; minimum 0 years of experience (as specified).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.
• Additional Information:
  Travelers may be required to float to meet operational needs up to a professionals competency level. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts with 48 hours' notice for low census, which may include full or partial shifts; schedule may include weekends, holidays, and call shifts. Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays, with the possibility of working holiday Eve plus Day as one holiday.
