Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the flexibility to float between units as needed. This position requires availability for weekend shifts.
Responsibilities- Administer nursing care to patients on medical/surgical units.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in managing patient care.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and medication regimens.
This is a per diem position requiring 12-hour day shifts, specifically from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- Active nursing license verification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
- Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination.
- Recent experience as an RN, preferably in a Medical/Surgical setting.
