Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Job Description:

The position of Registered Nurse (RN) is pivotal in providing clinical excellence and exceptional customer service within a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment. The incumbent will utilize their knowledge and skills to deliver optimal patient care throughout the nursing process.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families/caregivers.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established standards and protocols.
• Manage care for patients with a variety of conditions, including CHF, Alcohol Withdrawal, NSTEMI's, sepsis, dysrhythmias, PNA, COPD, and Covid.
• Administer non-titratable cardiac medication drips and provide care for post-procedure patients.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience required.
• NV RN license required prior to start.
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Candidate must pass a telemetry competency exam before starting, which includes identifying and measuring rhythm strips.
