RN Medical/Surgical - Per Diem Position
Schedule:
07:30 PM - 07:00 AM, including weekends.
Job Description:
The RN Medical/Surgical position requires the ability to float between units as needed. This role is a per diem position, necessitating the completion of at least three shifts per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care as part of the medical/surgical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient education and support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active nursing license verification.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (as applicable).
- Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation.
- Other vaccinations include COVID-19, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, and Varicella.
