Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent patient care. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN License from Nursys.
- Valid Driver's License/State .
- Current certifications required for nursing practice.
- Completion of necessary health screenings, including TB Test, Influenza Vaccine, COVID-19 Vaccine, and MMR, among others.
