Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Reno, NV | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Day Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care within a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit featuring 15 labor beds, 9 antepartum beds, and 3 OR suites
• Manage and monitor high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Float to other maternal units, including Postpartum and NICU, as needed and within competency level
• Participate in rotating schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and additional shift pickups as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care to complex OB patients

• Active Nevada State RN license required prior to start date
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience in a high-risk hospital setting
• Prior travel nursing experience required

• STABLE certification preferred
• Experience working in a Level I or Level II trauma center or similarly high-acuity environment
• Comfort with floating across maternal care units including Postpartum and NICU

• Work within a high-acuity regional medical center that serves as the only trauma center across a 500-mile radius, offering exposure to complex, high-volume cases
• Gain experience in a state-of-the-art facility recognized for advanced cardiac, neurological, robotic surgery, and comprehensive women's health services
