Charge Nurse, RN – Nights

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care
• Provide leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff
• Maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource for staff
• Serve as a role model for staff

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience
• High level of comfort working with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques (preferred)
• Prior Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience (preferred)
• CCRN certification (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in coordinating nursing care and providing leadership in clinical settings, with a strong focus on maintaining nursing practice standards and serving as a resource for staff. Holds essential certifications and extensive experience in critical care and telemetry nursing.
