Role Overview:
The ICU Registered Nurse provides safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in a dynamic, part-time day shift role. They lead and support the healthcare team while ensuring high-quality clinical standards and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including goal setting, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Perform hourly purposeful rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program and current Nevada nursing license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
