• Commission-based pay with 100% of your tips
• Listed pay includes commission plus tips (based on an average of six pets per day)
• Regular performance reviews and high earning potential
• We work with higher-end clients, meaning higher per-pet pricing and greater earning potential
• Flexible scheduling — including 4-day full-time workweeks or 2- to 3-day part-time workweeks

• Fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van with A/C, heated Hydrobath™, and salon setup
• All fuel, tools, sharpening, and supplies covered

• Provide luxury, cage-free grooming inside our mobile spa vans
• Focus on safety, comfort, and personalized care for every pet
• Work independently while supported by a dispatcher handling all logistics and scheduling
• Build strong relationships with loyal, recurring clients in the Reno area and surrounding communities

• Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
• High dog grooming standards, with an eye for detail and pet safety
• Exceptional customer service and compassionate pet care
• Cat grooming experience is a plus
• Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused
• Comfortable driving a mobile grooming van (we provide training!)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Our eco-friendly vans are designed for comfort, safety, and convenience—with built-in heating, A/C, water, and power. Our mobile grooming spa is 100% electric powered with no loud generators. No hookups. No cages. Just personalized, one-on-one care for pets in the comfort of their own driveway. We’re on a mission to raise the bar for mobile grooming in Northern Nevada.
