We’re growing and looking to add a Kennel Technician to the Monte Vista Animal Hospital team.

Pay: $14–$17/hr DOE

• AAHA-accredited hospital focused on quality and consistency
• Monday–Friday day shifts only
• No nights, weekends, or holiday hours

• Provide daily care for hospitalized and boarding pets
• Clean and maintain kennels, treatment areas, and hospital spaces
• Assist with feeding, walking, and monitoring pets
• Support technicians and veterinarians with basic animal handling
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
• Ensure pets are comfortable and receiving attentive care throughout their stay

• Love of animals and comfort working with dogs and cats
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Experience working with animals in a kennel, shelter, or veterinary setting
• Basic understanding of animal behavior and safe handling
