Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Town & Country Landscape is looking for a Field Manager to lead our maintenance crews and keep our properties looking their best. You'll be the connection point between our crews, our office, and our clients.

Must be able to work 6AM - 3PM, M-F, year-round

What you'll do

• Run morning rollouts and keep crews stocked, scheduled, and on track
• Visit properties regularly to check quality and catch issues early
• Coach and train crew leaders and crew members
• Use Aspire (our field software) to manage schedules, timekeeping, and inspections
• Handle irrigation, plant health, and equipment issues as they come up
• Keep safety a priority — PPE, equipment checks, and reporting anything that goes wrong
• Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and the office
• Work and lead a snow route in the winter

What you bring

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, ideally with some leadership
• Comfortable with smartphones/tablets and willing to learn Aspire
• Strong communicator and problem-solver who can juggle multiple properties
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs
