Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Reno, NV

Duration: 0-6 months

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $28.85 / Hour

This role is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and operational standards. The position focuses on audits, documentation review, and data analysis to maintain quality and process integrity. This is an entry-level professional role working under close supervision.

• Support all activities related to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with process and documentation reviews.
• Analyze data and documentation to identify gaps, trends, and compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate quality records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality systems.
• Assist in corrective and preventive action tracking as directed.
• Collaborate with operations and supervisory teams to support quality initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related area.
• Basic knowledge of quality concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established guidelines.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision in a structured environment.

• Onsite role in an operations / logistics setting.
• Reports directly to a supervisor or manager.
