This is a full-time Zillow Real Estate Team Lead position based on-site in Reno, NV. The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee and guide a dynamic team of real estate professionals, ensuring the achievement of individual and team goals. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, offering mentorship, and driving team performance with Zillow Leads.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to foster client relationships and facilitate teamwork
• Experience working Leads
• Experience in brokerage operations with an understanding of real estate policies and procedures
• Proven ability in team management and leadership to motivate and support team member
• Active real estate license in the state of Nevada
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with real estate technology and marketing tools is a plus
