Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Research Scientist (Bioanalytical) to serve at our Safety Assessment site in Reno. The role involves leading nonclinical and clinical bioanalytical studies across a spectrum of complexity, managing study design, data interpretation, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The scientist will also act as the primary scientific contact for key clients and provide on‑site support for their programs, including specialty studies.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and validate bioanalytical methods for preclinical and clinical studies.
  • Manage study projects from planning through execution, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
  • Interpret and report study data with rigorous adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as primary scientific contact for key clients and support on‑site program activities.
Qualifications
  • Maximum 3 to 5 years related experience in the contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent in a scientific related discipline. Master’s degree (M.S./M.A.) or PhD preferred.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements of study types assigned, as well as Testing Facility SOPs and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in standard software including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard laboratory calculations.

Pay range: $90,000–$95,000 annually USD.
