Twin Peaks - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure food is prepared and served to recipe, portioning, and quality standards;
Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline, and train kitchen personnel;
Manage purchasing, receiving, inventory, and control food cost and usage;
Maintain sanitation, cleaning schedules, and safe operation of kitchen equipment;
Prepare paperwork, reports, schedules, and coordinate with restaurant managers on menu/portioning
