This is a dynamic, high-responsibility leadership role where you will be fully responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bistro
, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and quality food. You will be key to managing the team, ensuring efficient service, and guaranteeing a memorable dining experience

As our Bistro Supervisor, you are the operations commander, responsible for managing staff, inventory, quality, and the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Team Management & Development:
Oversee the daily operations by managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
. Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
.Quality Control & Service Standards:
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
. Utilize your strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation to maintain excellence.Operational Management:
Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the bistro is well‑stocked and prepared for busy periods.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.Guest
Experience:
Ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience and that the bistro runs smoothly and efficiently. Your excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for ensuring top‑tier customer service.Flexibility & Stamina: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
, and maintain physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
.Excellent communication and leadership skills
.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
.Ability to work flexible hours

.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience with
inventory management and ordering
.Experience with
scheduling and payroll software
.Experience with

.Certification in food safety and sanitation
