Job Description

As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills with others.
• Committed to making an impact.

• Ability to remain stationary and move well‑paced for up to four (4) hours.
• Can safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Can speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining‑room staff.
• Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
