Host​/Cashier- Part Time-Cafe

Job Summary

Welcomes guests, seats them at tables or lounge, ensures quality and service, courteously greets all guests, and performs cashier transactions accurately according to company policy.

• Assign guests to tables
• Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set‑up
• Settle all customer checks in the system accurately
• Receive and record guest reservations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent walking
• Work area subject to variable temperatures
• May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise

Must provide internal/external guests with service excellence, maintain excellent communication and observation skills, and exhibit an easy‑going demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment. Requires schedule flexibility, including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
