Grand Sierra Resort in Reno is seeking an experienced Barista to join our coffee bar team. You will greet guests, present the beverage menu, and prepare espresso-based drinks to standard recipes while maintaining cleanliness and safety. You will also help manage inventory, train new staff, and support seasonal promotions.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, strong customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Prior Starbucks experience is a plus.
