Position Overview
As a Prep Cook at Lake Tahoe AleWorX, you will support the kitchen by preparing ingredients and assisting in mise en place for our wood-fired pizzas and other dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes.
- Assist in the preparation of vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation for service.
- Previous prep cook experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
