Ticketing & Access Control: Scan or collect physical and digital admission tickets, verify passes for authenticity, and deny entry to unauthorized or restricted areas. [1, 2, 3]
Guest Assistance: Greet guests, distribute event programs, answer facility questions, and escort attendees to their assigned seats

Uniform and Appearance Requirements:

All staff are expected to arrive ready to work and in full compliance with the dress code outlined below.
Required Attire:

Black pants (no leggings, athletic wear, or jeans unless specifically approved)
Black shoes (closed-toe and appropriate for a work environment)
Provided uniform shirt (will be distributed prior to shift)
Optional:
Black hat with no logos

Appearance Standards:

Clothing must be clean, wrinkle-free, and in good condition
No holes, rips, or distressed clothing of any kind
Clothing must fit appropriately and not be overly tight or baggy
Jewelry must be minimal and not interfere with job duties
Personal grooming should be neat and professional

Additional Expectations:

Arrive fully dressed and ready to begin work at your scheduled time
Avoid excessive accessories or anything that may interfere with job duties
Follow any additional safety or role-specific dress requirements as instructed

Failure to meet these standards may result in being sent home to change before starting your shift.
