Operations Manager

Store - RENO, NV

Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting our assets. Provide a well merchandised and well in‑stock store by leading and supporting inventory management processes. Lead a team of well‑trained team members to deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience and deliver friendly customer service.

• Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing the store workload schedule.
• Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Support and participate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Achieve your KPIs; manage your team to meet their role KPIs.
• Manage the visual merchandising standards, feature space, and seasonal layouts.
• Manage and execute inventory management, merchandise operations, and omni‑channel processes.
• Manage and execute shrinkage and safety programs.
• Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results; participate in performance management and talent development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) to acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production and assist with omni‑channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Retail management leadership experience.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting. Public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $14.00 - $19.30.
