Position
Assistant Manager / Manager – Shoe Palace Retail Store
Responsibilities- Hire, manage, and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience from your team.
- Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong people skills and a desire to work hard.
- Computer savvy.
- Honesty and loyalty; strong team leadership.
- Experience selling athletic shoes (preferred).
- Experience working with a growing company (preferred).

Pay Range: $23.00 – $23.00 per hour.
