Gift Shop Supervisor
• Provide outstanding guest services and apply retail skills to connect guests shopping needs with our high‑end product line.

Sunday–Thursday 4:15pm–12:15am
Friday–Saturday 6:15pm–2:15am

• Ensure a 4‑star shopping experience for guests.
• Determine the best product mix to meet budget and sales goals.
• Follow procedures for proper inventory management.
• Attract and retain customers to make the gift shop a known destination in Reno.
• Organize events to execute vendor training and to bring more exposure to the gift shop.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by management.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail.
• Adhere to all grooming standards (no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colours).
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift and/or move up to 25lb; close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus.
