Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 Hours Per Week)

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest premium PCs and leveraging AI technology to enhance the customer experience. You will build relationships with store associates and communicate the value of premium products to drive revenue growth.

• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
• Report competitive insights

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• 1‑year job experience required, retail or customer service experience a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
