The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They manage daily store operations, oversee opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. They also lead talent through recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
What You’ll Do- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
- Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
- Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑building and ability to coach others.
- Take initiative and demonstrate confidence.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
- Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.

The starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Pay range is $21.00 – $21.00 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
