General
Summary:
As a Merchandise Processor you will perform multiple tasks and processes associated with the receipt of goods and fulfillment operations at the Patagonia Reno Service Center. This role is cross‑functional. In this role you will receive, store, pull and replenish Patagonia merchandise. Your role is critical to the success of Patagonia and Patagonia meeting its mission to save our home planet.
Receiving Functions
- Assist in the unloading, receiving, and palletizing of inbound shipments.
- Move received product from the receiving dock into the reserve racking in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
- Move cases from the reserve rack to the appropriate areas/pack stations for all direct pull cases in a timely manner.
- Report any inaccuracies to the receiving lead or supervisor.
- Cross‑dock sales samples as necessary.
- Support our White Fir location as needed.
- Move cases from the reserve racks to the active pick replenishment drop‑off locations.
- Assist in put‑away and active replenishment functions.
- Replenish cases in the active pick racks before the rack is empty.
- Maintain one wave ahead of the picking operation.
- Scan each case into the appropriate location.
- Complete all QC recall, promotional material and 2nds pull lists as required.
- Cross‑dock sales samples as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and substitute missing cases as needed.
- Report any inaccuracies to the receiving lead or supervisor.
- Work in other areas as necessary, including Shipping, Quality Control, and Inventory Control departments as needed.

- Previous warehouse experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management software.
- PC computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and non‑verbal.
- Proven experience working with groups in respectful and equitable ways.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment.
- Previous experience with CTPAT (Customs and Trade Partners against Terrorism procedures and guidelines).
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks daily.
- Ability to physically distinguish differences of color.
- Ability to consistently climb stairs and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift 70 lbs.
- Comfortable with heights and working on equipment lifted from the ground.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Must be willing to work other days of the week if necessary. Extended hours occur during holidays and peak season.
