Position Title: Cashier, Portable Cart (Part-Time Seasonal) at Greater Nevada Field

Pay Range: $12.00 to $12.00

This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a duration from April to September. Performs cashiering duties including cash and credit transactions, verifying payment, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work and maintain sanitation standards in concession facilities.

• Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enter all sales into the point-of-sale system to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that the cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation, Serv Safe and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
