Replenishment Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.
• Plan for and provide a well‑merchandised and in‑stock store for customers to shop.
• Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Manage and support truck processes; lead the teams to achieve KPIs and meet operational objectives.
• Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) and AD set processes to standard.
• Manage and support shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training new team members; support talent development and performance management activities.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products and provide solutions.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes; cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred:
  Special certifications or technical skills related to retail merchandising and customer service.
• Experience in retail merchandising and customer service is preferred.

Ability to remain standing for long periods of time; move throughout the store; regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
