Business Registration Specialist

Position Overview

As a Business Registration Specialist, you will manage corporate filings and EINs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. You will maintain strong internal communication, share crucial information, and collaborate with various departments. The role involves keeping internal systems updated and tracking client progress, contributing to client satisfaction and long‑term success. This position will be onsite at the Reno, NV office.

• File new businesses and EINs with the Secretary of State.
• Coordinate with internal teams on client orders.
• Address annual report inquiries from production teams.
• Maintain accurate client data in the company CRM.
• Ensure clear and professional internal communication.

• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
