Field & Warehouse Merchandiser: Replenish, Deliver, Lift

Warehouse Fulfillment – Reno

Fast‑paced warehouse environment. Duties include pulling, packing, sorting items for delivery, shipping station duties, inventory stocking, and warehouse re‑organization. Must routinely lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and use hands and fingers frequently.

• Walk, climb, push, reach, and pull products and boxes
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
• Follow directions and ask questions when unsure
• Follow company standard procedures
• Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to processed orders
• Replenish “shopping area” inventory with back stock

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong math and computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Excellent team communication
• Pass a drug test
• Available on holidays and weekends

Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. WRA participates in eVerify.

Schedule 30+ hours per week during peak seasons.

Pay:
Hourly, DOE. Reliable transportation and expense reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with deliveries
• Replenish merchandise, style, and reset displays to big‑box and boutique retailers (e.g., CVS, Safeway, Rite‑Aid)
• Surge work: retailer scan‑in of inventory, restocking, replacing tickets, seasonal product resets
• Work independently and support merchandising efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experienced driver in snow
• Good driving record
• Access to email and cell phone
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work self‑directed
• Highly self‑motivated
• Merchandising experience is a plus

Service hours 30+ hours per week. Duties performed across field and warehouse.

Hourly, DOE. Bi‑weekly pay with direct deposit option.

• Van/Small Box Truck deliveries to NLT/Truckee Summit to replenish merchandise at big‑box and boutique retailers
• Check‑in and replenish merchandise
• Surge work such as retail inventory scan‑in, restocking, ticket replacement, and seasonal resets
• Merchandising support
