Retail Marketing Manager - Reno, NV

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships.
• Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships.
• Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures.
• Maintain a weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered.
• Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
• Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.
• Create yearly and monthly goals that include the number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, and other performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support.

• Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Nurturing and professional attitude.
• Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic.
• Microsoft Office proficient, especially Excel.
• Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization.
• Experience managing a team preferred.
• Must be able to travel for business needs.
