Overview

As a Teammate – Off Field Operations at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you support store success by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. You keep the store athlete‑ready while collaborating with teammates in a high‑performing, team‑first environment.

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Support teammates across the store and perform other assigned tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, coachability, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.

Targeted pay range: $12.50 – $19.50 per hour, based on location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
