Retail Omni Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers, actively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process all merchandise and products arriving at the store according to established programs and procedures.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Fulfill the company‑defined customer experience by completing all processes in accordance with service level standards.
• Assist in completion of omni‑fulfilment processes including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), and curbside pick‑up.
• Participate in loss‑prevention procedures related to omni‑channel processes and assist with daily Fed Ex box‑count audits per company inventory and loss‑prevention standards.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcomed, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store (all‑hands‑on‑deck approach) and perform other tasks assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Targeted pay range: $12.50 – $19.50 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
