Sales Associate

About the Role

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. They provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. Positions focus on sales responsibilities, but may include merchandising, front‑end, or other duties as needed.

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays, place signage.
• Support digital business operations: fulfill orders and assist with in‑store, curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned, including loading and delivering orders safely.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1‑3 years of work experience, with 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements:
  
  can walk, bend, stand for 8–10 hours, lift and handle cases, pallets, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs overhead repeatedly, and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

Regular | Pay Range: $14.58 - $20.41 per hour
