Rentals Shop Attendant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY The Rental Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guest in need of rental skis or snowboards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Must be at least 14 years of age.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking and assigning baskets to guests
• Checking and assigning skis and snowboards
• Assisting in boot fitting and snowboard dispatch
• Greeting and assisting guests
• Providing support for the Food & Beverage department as needed

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
• Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
• Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
