- Responsibilities:
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service; assist guests in locating and selecting merchandise based on needs;
Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to improve guest experience and sharing information with team;
Aim to meet or exceed personal sales per hour, average sales, and total net sales goals;
Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness; participate in recruiting, training, and developing new Teammates;
Maintain visual merchandise standards, zone ownership, and weekly visual checklists; support store operations and loss prevention practices
