We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at our Reno, NV office.

• Start each day with preparation, planning, training, and team meetings.
• Conduct outbound calls to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
• Learn and demonstrate the benefits of POA’s products, services, and solutions.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service through regular follow-up.
• Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients daily.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
• Engage in face-to-face and virtual prospecting daily.

• High energy and commitment to achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tenacity and desire to grow a career with POA.
• Interest in learning about new businesses and solving client problems.

• 0-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in digital imaging solutions or related technology fields. Internships are considered.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
