About the Role
Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Guild Garage Group is looking for a high-energy, professional Sales Representative to lead our partnership program inside Costco’s Reno locations. In this role, you aren't just selling a product; you are the face of Guild Garage Group. You will engage with Costco members, educate them on high-quality garage door solutions, and uphold Guild’s commitment to integrity, expert craftsmanship, and world-class customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Member Engagement:
Proactively greet and engage Costco members to introduce them to Guild Garage Group’s products and services. - Expert Consultation:
Help customers navigate their options for new garage door installations, custom designs, and essential repair services. - Lead Generation:
Identify member needs and schedule in-home estimates to drive sales growth. - Brand Ambassadorship:
Act as a dedicated representative for Guild Garage Group, generating positive brand affinity and ensuring every member has a premium experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Weekend Availability:
Since Costco is busiest when members are off work, weekend availability is required for this position. - The “Gift of Gab”:
You are comfortable starting conversations with strangers and can build rapport quickly. - Sales Savvy:
Experience in retail sales, lead generation, or customer service is a major plus. - Professionalism:
Maintain a professional, clean, and organized presence that aligns with both Costco’s high standards and our company’s reputation for excellence. - Reliability:
You can work independently within the Costco environment and manage your schedule effectively. - Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Reno market and home improvement trends is preferred.
