Total Warehouse Inc. (TW) is seeking a dynamic Business Development/Sales Representative with material handling experience to join our Sales Team. TW is a leading provider of top-tier narrow aisle and warehouse equipment and solutions across the entire West Coast. We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive solutions provider, delivering value and business operating solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of material handling equipment (MHE) movement.

Responsibilities- Source and provide the best material handling solutions for new and existing customers.
- Strive for professionalism to become the client’s material handling partner.
- Learn and sell the products and services within established company prices and policies.
- Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts.
- Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
- Plan effective sales presentations by meeting new customers physically on a daily basis.
- Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of company products and services while onsite.
- Track and document all information on our Oracle Asset Management System regarding updated equipment status, pricing, service, asset history, work order history, and latest product‑release launches.
- Continuously update all prospects on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Improve performance and results year over year.
- Focus on select areas we are targeting with current clients and prospects.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Superior phone persona and comfort with prospecting.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and follow‑through skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills essential for success in this position.
- Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- CRM experience with excellent business platform updating.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Salary Range is $70,000 to $115,000 + Commission
