Lead Generator​/Sales Associate – Costco Partnership

Overview

A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Reno. Your role is to talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates. No selling required inside the store — your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this can be a great opportunity to earn consistent hourly pay plus bonuses.

• Engage Costco Members: Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.
• Generate Leads: Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.
• Create Opportunities: Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable and professional
• Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)
• No garage door experience needed — we provide full training.

$20 per hour base pay

PLUS

$20 bonus for every qualified lead generated

Successful team members regularly generate multiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.
