Appointment Setter

• Engage with numerous customers daily inside a retail store
• Start natural conversations that build quick rapport
• Educate homeowners on free roof inspection opportunities
• Qualify customers and set appointments for complimentary roofing inspections
• Enter customer details and schedule appointments in the system
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and consistency throughout your shift
• Work independently while hitting daily performance targets

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, or outreach
• Strong ability to talk to anyone and build rapport quickly
• Experience handling high-volume interactions
• Comfort with rejection while staying motivated
• Driven by performance and earning potential
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Basic tech skills to enter and track information

• Experience in door-to-door sales, fundraising, or lead generation
• Experience in commission-driven roles

Your pay will be $20 to $24 per hour plus $40 per completed appointment, giving you strong earning potential tied directly to your performance. Your schedule will be flexible, working 3 to 5 days per week with shifts typically from 10 AM to 4 PM. You will have the opportunity to grow into leadership as you prove your results in this Brand Ambassador role.
