Account Representative – Intercollegiate Athletics Tickets
The Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) ticketing sales team seeks an Account Representative to build and strengthen customer relationships, acquire new customers, and maximize ticket sales and donations.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls, email, online chat, and in‑person meetings with season ticket holders and donors.
- Contribute to outbound sales activities to increase revenue and execute sales strategies.
- Serve as the primary customer service representative for assigned season ticket holders.
- Sell full ticket inventory, secure season ticket sales and renewals, and initiate conversations encouraging upgrades or additional donations.
- Answer donor questions regarding giving history, engagement opportunities, and the priority point process.
- High School graduation and 4 years of related work experience; OR Associate’s degree and 3 years; OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years; OR Master’s degree and 1 year.
- Related experience in athletics administration, ticketing, sales, marketing, and/or customer service.
Grade:
Administrative Faculty – B
Salary commensurate with education and experience. Salary schedule is available upon request.
