Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour + Commission
Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident, outgoing individual who thrives in a sales environment and is motivated by achieving results. The ideal candidate is not timid, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct B2B sales activities, including outreach to prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
- Present products/services effectively to potential clients
- Utilize industry-specific software to manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activity
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated and independently driven to achieve goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency; ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role, including instruction on company products, sales techniques, and the industry-specific software used daily.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
