Job Overview
Camping World seeks a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role offers up to 4 weeks of paid training for first-time RV salespeople. It is commission-based with uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations.
- Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
- Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
This position is a 100% commission-based role with no soft pack; minimum commissions/flat apply. Estimated variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine, you receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation. In all other states, the minimum compensation equals an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage if higher.
