About the Role

In-Home Sales & Tech Support – Full‑time local field role requiring daily travel to customer residences (no remote work). The position involves serving customers during the busiest hours, with a schedule of 5 evenings per week (12:05pm to 9:00pm). This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting a career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service using the Serve, Solve, Sell approach.
• Serve customers in their homes, offices, or other locations, meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Solve customers’ tech issues by diagnosing problems and delivering clear, effective solutions.
• Sell Asurion products by actively listening to the customer, identifying needs, and positioning tailored solutions.
• Work independently in the field after completing paid training, and continuously improve communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid personal vehicle insurance (personal vehicle required, motorcycles excluded).
• Personal cellphone for on‑the‑job communication.
• Ability to travel up to 120 miles one‑way to meet customer appointments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, efficient and adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑mindedness and passion for learning a wide range of skills across career paths.
• Outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.
• Comfortable working around household pets.

• Base hourly rate of $21, guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement paid weekly (IRS guidelines).
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi‑weekly.
• Earned pay can be accessed early.
• 3–4 weeks of paid training to ensure success.
